The Loyalty platform allows you to export Segment information for use in other platforms or systems. You can schedule an export to execute at a specific date and time, or on a recurring basis.
In addition, you can define the content of the export by configuring business rules that filter the records that get exported. You can also opt to include some or all of the standard Attributes associated with Segments.
Note: The platform supports the export of Segments only via the Standard Export feature; the platform does not support exporting Segments via the Advanced Export feature. For more information on these export features, see Exporting Data from Loyalty.
In addition to exporting Segments (that is, Segment properties and metadata), the platform allows you to export the Members selected by a Segment.
The platform supports only a manual export for exporting the Members selected by a Segment. See Manually Exports the Members in a Segment for more information.
